Mission & Vision

The mission of Seth Low I.S. 96 is to provide an effective learning environment for all students which includes a culturally responsive approach that celebrates our cultural, linguistic, and neurodiverse community.  We strive to honor each student as an individual and provide them the skills to advocate for themselves and those in their community.  We will help students embody our core values of Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Empathy/Equity in all facets of their lives.  They will develop critical thinking skills in academic subjects, along with high proficiency in technology and arts-based curricula.  Together with parents and the community, we offer programs and services to prepare students for a lifetime of active, responsible citizenship. And as a community we will show love and kindness.
